摘要
加强党的建设的重点在于提升组织力,可从加强组织目标引领、健全组织体系、强化组织运行、注重组织表征等4个维度进一步增强政治引领力、党员教育力、组织战斗力、发展凝聚力,实现组织力提升目标。
The key point of strengthening the Party's construction is to enhance its organizational capacity.We can further enhance the political leading capacity,the education capacity of Party members,the combat capacity of the organization,and the development cohesion from the four dimensions of strengthening the organizational goal leading,perfecting the organizational system,strengthening the operation of the organization,and paying attention to the organizational representation,so as to achieve the goal of improving the organizational capacity.
