摘要
文章利用一维半动态浸出法研究飞灰基碱激发胶凝材料中重金属(Ni、Cr、Pb、Cd)浸出行为,结合浸出理论,分析在非碱性条件下重金属浸出行为。结果表明:在酸性和中性条件下,胶凝材料中重金属的浸出均为扩散性浸出。在pH=3的强酸性和pH=3的弱酸性条件下,4种金属的扩散系数<10^(-11)m^(2)/s,试块中污染物较为稳定,但在弱酸条件下重金属浸出浓度明显高于强酸条件,长期使用具有一定风险性。中性条件下,4种重金属的扩散系数<3×10^(-13)m^(2)/s,胶凝材料中的重金属较稳定,长期使用安全性强。
In this paper, leaching testing was conducted using the one-dimensional semi-dynamic leaching method to investigate the leaching behavior of heavy metals(Ni, Cr, Pb and Cd) in fly ash-based alkali-activated gelling materials, the fly-ash being from a municipal solid-waste incineration facility;and combined with the leaching theory, the leaching behavior of heavy metals under non-alkaline condition was analyzed. The results showed that in the case of acidic and neutral leaching conditions, the heavy metals leached out from the gelling materials was a kind of diffusion, Under the conditions of strong acidity(pH=3) and weak acidity(pH=3), the diffusion coefficients of the four metals are less than 10^(-11) m^(2)/s, the contaminants in the test blocks are relatively stable, but the leaching concentration of heavy metals in weak acid condition is significantly higher than that in strong acid condition, long-term use the has certain risks. Under neutral conditions, the diffusion coefficients of the four heavy metals are less than 3×10^(-13) m^(2)/s, and the heavy metals in the cementitous materials are relatively stable and safe for long-term use.
