摘要
目的通过调查单采血小板献血者心理健康状态,为单采血小板献血者心理护理提供依据,减少献血反应的发生。方法2019年1—12月选择400名血小板献血者,均分为观察组和对照组,观察组为山东省血液中心200名首次单采血小板献血者,对照组为山东省血液中心200名单采血小板多次献血者,对其均使用《症状自评量表SCL90》与《献血意愿调查表》调查,分析调查结果以及献血反应。结果观察组躯体化、抑郁、焦虑等症状评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组献血反应发生率大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组再次血小板单采经常性献血意愿小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初次单采血小板献血者普遍存在心理健康问题,且会增加献血反应的发生,并影响到献血者再次单采献血意愿,需要重视对初次单采血小板献血者的心理干预。
Objective By investigating the mental health status of platelet apheresis donors,provide a basis for the psychological care of platelet apheresis donors and reduce the occurrence of blood donation reactions.Methods From January to December 2019,400 platelet donors were selected,and were divided them into observation group and control group,the observation group consisted of 200 first-time platelet donors from Shandong Provincial Blood Center,and the control group consisted of 200 platelet donors from Shandong Provincial Blood Center who had multiple blood donors.All of them used"Symptom Self-Assessment Form SCL90"and"Blood Donation Intention Questionnaire"survey to analyze the survey results and blood donation response.Results The scores of somatization,depression,anxiety and other symptoms in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of blood donation reactions in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The willingness to donate blood for re-platelet apheresis was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental health problems are common among donors of platelet apheresis for the first time,which will increase the occurrence of blood donation reactions,and affect the willingness of blood donors to donate blood by apheresis again.It is necessary to pay attention to psychological intervention for donors of platelet apheresis for the first time.
