摘要
研究分析了原材料中的钛含量及冶炼过程中钛的变化情况,通过选用低钛合金及造渣材料,采用EBT氧化法进行脱钛,精炼过程控制合理的碱度及Al_(2)O_(3)的活度,减少LF精炼过程中因渣中氧化钛还原导致的钢液增钛,实现了[Ti]≤15×10^(-6)的特级轴承钢的控制水平。
Analyzes the titanium content in the raw materials and the change of titanium in the process of smelting,by choosing low titanium content alloy and slag making material,adopting EBT oxidation of titanium,refining process control reasonable basicity and Al_(2)O_(3) activity,reduce the titanium oxide reduction as a result of titanium increase in liquid steel during LF refining process of,implements[Ti]15 x 10^(-6) or less and reach super high quality bearing steel level.
