摘要
论文借助尺寸公差分析软件3DCS对基于间隙块的车门装配方案和基于工装的车门装配方案进行尺寸公差分析,通过尺寸校验并结合实际装车测量结果对初版的DTS定义公差值进行评审并修正,同时从中优选出适合批量生产的车门装配方案,提前分析冲压件质量和焊接制造水平,合理制定公差值,最终得出有效且合理的DTS值。实践证明该方法在车型开发初期可以快速、有效地帮助设计人员制定合理的DTS值,充分提高了车型量产后的质量把控和问题改善。
With the help of size tolerance analysis software 3DCS,doing size tolerance analysis for which is based on the clearance block of door assembly plan and tooling based of door assembly plan.Combing with the actual assembly data,reviewing and correcting the DTS definition of original size value.picking up batch production of the door assembly program suitably at the same time,early analyzing stamping quality and welding manufacting level,establishing reasonable tolerance value,finally concluding effective and reasonable value of DTS.Practice has proved that this method helps product designer to make correct DTS value rapidly and effectively,and improves the quality control and problem improvement after vehicle mass production.
