摘要
目的调查膀胱肿瘤患者的社会支持状况,并分析其对疾病不确定感的影响。方法对114例膀胱肿瘤患者采用社会支持评定量表(social support rate scale,SSRS)和中文版Mishel疾病不确定感量表(Mishel uncertainty in illness scale,MUIS)进行调查研究。结果膀胱肿瘤患者的社会支持总分、主观支持以及对社会支持的利用度得分均显著低于国内常模(t=-3.517,P<0.001;t=-2.544,P=0.011;t=-7.277,P<0.001);低水平、中等水平以及高水平的社会支持膀胱肿瘤患者比较,疾病不确定感总分、不明确性、信息缺乏、复杂性、不可预测性维度得分均具有显著差异(均P<0.001)。结论膀胱肿瘤患者的社会支持度为中等水平,膀胱肿瘤患者的社会支持度越高,其疾病不确定感水平越低。护理人员应帮助患者提高社会支持水平,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the social support status of patients with bladder tumor and analyze its impact on their uncertainty of illness.Methods Totally 114 patients with bladder tumor were investigated with social support rate scale(SSRS)and Chinese version of mishel uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS).Results The total score of social support,subjective support and the utilization degree of social support of bladder tumor patients were significantly lower than those in the Chinese norm(t=-3.517,P<0.001;t=-2.544,P=0.011;t=-7.277,P<0.001).There were significant differences in the total score of uncertainty in illness,uncertainty,lack of information,complexity and unpredictability among patients with low,medium and high level of social support(P<0.001).Conclusion The social support of bladder tumor patients at a moderate level,higher social support have the lower level of uncertainty in illness.Nursing staff should help to improve the level of social support of patients and the quality of life.
