摘要
宁夏位于黄河中上游地区,其中宁夏固原境内5条河流均为黄河支流,成为黄河流域的有机组成部分。文章分析总结了固原地区以“生态与文明共兴”价值理念为引领,以“人与自然和谐共生”为主线,将“全球性视角”和“地方性行动”有机融合,构建产业生态化和生态产业化的生态经济体系,着力推动小流域治理的黄河流域高质量、生态优先、绿色发展路径。
Ningxia is located at middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River,and 6 rivers in Guyuan belong to tributaries of the Yellow River.Under the guidance of value concepts of flourishing ecological civilization and harmonious coexistence between human and nature,the global perspective and local actions will be integrated and the ecological economic system composed of industrial ecologization and ecological industrialization will be established.The ecology priority,green and high-quality development ways have been put forward for the minor drainage basin management of the Yellow River basin.
