摘要
在存量更新的时代下,更多的开发者慢慢转变视角,从一味追求推倒重建,转变成对城市存量空间的改造与更新。在大趋势的推动下,越来越多的文创项目在老旧园区、厂房中开展。这也意味着未来文创建筑在产业功能调整、环境品质再造等设计阶段,需要更多地放眼于城市视角,为城市活力的提升做出贡献。本文主要对昆明文创园区的现状问题进行调研与反思,以昆明明珠化工厂的改造项目入手,提出创新型的文创园经营模式、共享型的空间设计以及对老建筑的适度改造,从而打造更具共享性、创意性、地标性、活力性的文化新地标。
In the era of stock renewal,more and more developers gradually change their perspective from blindly pursuing demolishing and rebuilding to transforming and updating urban stock space.Driven by the general trend,more and more cultural and creative projects are being carried out in the old parks and factories.This also means that in the future,cultural and creative buildings in stages of industrial function adjustment,environmental quality reconstruction and other design stages need to take more urban perspective,and to make contributions to the improvement of urban vitality.This paper mainly investigates and reflects on the current situation of the cultural and creative park in Kunming,and proposes an innovative business model and sharing space design of the cultural and creative park based on the renovation project of Kunming Mingzhu Chemical Plant,so as to create a new cultural landmark with more sharing,creativity,landmark and vitality.
