摘要
以19个高纬度半干旱区玉米主栽品种为试材,研究低温冷害对各品种玉米种子萌发特性的影响。结果显示,随着温度的降低,各品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均有不同程度的降低。其中依安县吉单407、保收606,肇东市联达F085、富尔1号,肇州县泽农9号、五洲102这6个品种的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均受低温的影响较大。
Using 19 main corn varieties in high latitude and semi-arid areas as test materials,the effects of low temperature and chilling damage on the germination characteristics of various corn varieties were studied.The results showed that with the decrease of temperature,the germination rate,germination vigor and germination index of each variety decreased to varying degrees.Among them,the germination rate,germination vigor and germination index of the six varieties of Jidan 407 and Baoshou 606 in Yi’an County,Lianda F085 and Fuer No.1 in Zhaodong City,Zenong No.9 and Wuzhou 102 in Zhaozhou County were greatly affected by low temperature.
