摘要
因较差的工程地质条件导致水库大坝渗漏,危及工程安全并处理完善的实例非常多,但多为坝高较小的工程。主要介绍极差地质条件下高坝渗漏处理的工程实例。高摩赞大坝枢纽工程位于巴基斯坦西北边境省境内的印度河支流Gomal Zam河上,是巴基斯坦政府的重点项目之一,也是中国水利水电技术走出国门的标志性工程之一。通过介绍高摩赞工程渗漏的发现、发展情况以及渗漏和库水位的关系,分析了渗漏对工程安全的影响。在保证安全的前提下,分析了渗漏的成因,并有针对性地制定分步骤、分区域的加强防渗和排水等处理措施,妥善处理了渗漏问题,为中国的水利水电技术走出国门做出了非常有益的探索。
There are so many projects where dam leakage endangering the safety of the project is caused by bad geological conditions that have been treated perfectly.However,most of them are low dam projects.In this article,the successful treat⁃ment of a high dam leakage in very poor geological condition is introduced.The location of Gomal Zam Pivotal Project is on Gomal Zam River,the branch of Indus River,in northwest frontier of Pakistan.The project is one of the most key projects in Pakistan as well as one of the landmarks of water conservancy and hydropower technology of China walking to the world.Through introducing the discovery and development of leakage in Gomal Zam Project and the relationship between leakage and reservoir water level,this paper analyzes the influence of leakage on project safety.On the premise of ensuring safety,this paper analyzes the causes of leakage,makes specific measures to strengthen seepage prevention and drainage by steps and regions,so as to properly deal with the leakage problem,which makes a very beneficial exploration for the water conser⁃vancy and hydropower technology of China to go abroad.
