摘要
通过杂交育种技术选育优良品种是实现马铃薯品种改良的重要方法和措施,由于马铃薯亲本受遗传、环境和人为等因素的影响,导致杂交结实率低,阻碍了马铃薯品种改良选育进程。马铃薯杂交育种技术是基于双亲的优良性状产生一定的变异群体进行筛选而获得优良品系的过程,是当前马铃薯品种选育的有效途径。本文通过文献查阅和大田实践相结合,提出几种切实可行的杂交方法,旨在提高马铃薯杂交结实率,进而能够选育出优良的马铃薯品种,并为马铃薯育种工作者提供参考。
It is an important method and measure to breed good potato varieties by cross breeding technology.Due to the influence of heredity,environment and human factors,the seed setting rate of cross of potato parents is low,which hinders the process of potato variety improvement and breeding.Potato hybrid breeding technology is a process of producing a certain variation population based on the good traits of the parents for screening and obtaining good strains,and it is an effective way to breed potato varieties at present.In this paper,through literature review and field practice,several feasible hybridization methods were put forward to improve the seed setting rate of potato hybridization,and then to breed good potato varieties,and to provide reference for potato breeders.
