贫困村空间分布特征及致贫因素分析--以大巴山国家地质公园为例被引量：2

On the Spatial Distribution of Poor Villages and Their Poverty Factors Analysis:A Case of Dabashan National Geopark

摘要随着扶贫工作向纵深推进,后扶贫时代承担着继续精准识别、确保贫困户不返贫的工作任务。基于大巴山国家地质公园43个贫困村的空间分布和贫困数据,通过核密度估计、平均最邻近指数,缓冲区分析等方法,探讨其空间分布特征和各贫困村致贫因素。结果表明:(a)大巴山国家地质公园各贫困村外出务工劳动力较少,当地劳动力充足但文化水平普遍较低,缺乏外来收入和外来资金,人均纯收入远低于全市人均水平;(b)贫困村呈离散分布的空间特征,空间依赖性弱;(c)各贫困村到景点、乡镇、医院、公路的距离越远,海拔高度越高,贫困程度越深。通过深挖景点特色、包装旅游产品、增强景区吸引力、吸引外来资金和管理经验、扩大景点的辐射范围、针对性地培训提升贫困人口旅游服务水平,协同区域共同发展等措施可助力脱贫奔康。 In the post-poverty alleviation era,the targeted poverty relief requires continuously accurate identification and ensures that low income families overcome poverty.In this paper,based on the spatial distribution and poverty data of 43 poor villages in Dabashan National Geopark,it explores the location feature and the poverty factors of each poor village by means of nuclear density estimation,average nearest neighbor index,buffer analysis and so on.The results indicate that:(1)there are adequate low-educated labors who work at home instead of going out as migrant workers.The per capita net income is far lower than Dazhou′s as the poor villageslack external income and funds.(2)The poor villages are scattered and independent.(3)The farther away from scenic spots,townships,hospitals and highways,the poorer the poor village is.Meanwhile,the altitude of a poor village also affects its poverty degree.In the end,taking measures,such as digging the characteristics of scenic spots,ornamenting tourism products,enhancing the attractiveness,expanding the scenic resorts radiation range to attract extraneous funds and management experience,training the services level of the poor,and cooperating with other villages can get rid of status quo.
