摘要
通过对《通俗伤寒论》补法内容的研究,包括疾病的病因、病机、每首方的源头及发展,并且对用药以及药物配伍特点进行分析,认为俞根初在《伤寒论》的基础上对虚证及脏腑虚损诸证做了充分的补充,并加入温阳之剂;俞根初法遵仲景,丰富了滋补法;滋补法应滋阴、温阳并用,以调阴阳为根本,运用滋阴、温阳以达阴平阳秘,为临床提供了临证思路。
The present paper studies the contents of tonifying method in Yu Genchu’s work Popular Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,including the related diseases’etiology,pathogenesis,source and development of each prescription,and analyzes the characteristics of medication and drug compatibility.It is concluded that Yu Genchu has made a sufficient supplement to deficiency syndromes and viscera deficiency and damage syndromes on the basis of the classic work Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,and added the treatment method of warming yang for treating febrile diseases.Yu Genchu follows and enriches the tonifying method initiated by the distinguished predecessor Zhang Zhongjing,advocating that the nourishing method should nourish yin and warming yang simultaneously,and be founded on regulating yin and yang so as to achieve a dynamic balance between yin and yang.Yu Genchu’s tonifying theory in his work provides an effective and practical idea for clinical practice in treating exogenous febrile diseases.
