摘要
目的:筛查非健康状态危险因素,建立风险预测模型及简明风险评分量表。方法:采用Logistic回归分析进行自变量筛选,建立非健康状态风险预测模型;采用危险因素评分法建立简明风险评分量表。结果:年龄(OR=1.646,P<0.001)、平素健康状态(OR=0.592,P=0.030)、头晕(OR=3.068,P<0.001)、乏力(OR=1.423,P=0.044)、易于感冒(OR=6.576,P=0.043)、懒言(OR=2.620,P=0.005)和大便无力或时稀(OR=6.334,P=0.039)是非健康状态的风险因素。简明风险评分量表总分达到8分时,约登指数最大,ROC曲线下面积为0.773(95%CI[0.751,0.793])。结论:年龄、平素健康状态、头晕、乏力、易于感冒、懒言和大便无力或时稀,是健康状态的风险因素;自评总分>8分时,建议自评对象去医院进行健康体检。
Objective:To screen the main risk factors of non-health status,and establish a risk prediction model and brief rating scale.Methods:Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the independent variables and establish the risk prediction model of non-health status.A brief rating scale was established by risk factors scoring method.Results:Age(OR=1.646,P<0.001),health condition(OR=0.592,P=0.030),dizziness(OR=3.068,P<0.001),weakness(OR=1.423,P=0.044),susceptibility to the common cold(OR=6.576,P=0.043),laziness to speak(OR=2.620,P=0.005),and inability to defecate or loose stools(OR=6.334,P=0.039)were the risk factors of non-health status.When the scores of brief rating scale reached 8,the Youden’s index was the maximal.The area under the curve was 0.773(95%CI[0.751,0.793]).Conclusion:Age,health condition,dizziness,weakness,susceptibility to the common cold,laziness to speak,and inability to defecate or loose stools are the risk factors of non-health status.When the scores are more than 8,the object is advised a body check.
