摘要
介绍了一种新型四级涤气分离器及其在中海石油湛江分公司东方13-2气田天然气净化处理工艺中的应用。该分离器由初分离、除雾、除雾沫和滤芯精滤4个功能模块组成,对应采用Schoepentoeter入口装置、TP板除雾器、丝网聚结器、聚结滤芯实现功能,具有结构和功能设计合理、流程简单及操作方便的特点,适合在气液比高的场合、海上平台或高压场合以及现有涤气分离器脱瓶颈改造中推广应用。
A new four-stage scrubber and its application in the natural gas purification process of Dongfang 13-2 gas field in CNOOC,Zhanjiang Branch were introduced.The separator is composed of 4 functional modules including primary separation,demisting,deentrainment and filter element fine filtration,corresponding to the use of Schoepentoeter inlet diffuser,serpentine vane demister,wire mesh coalescer and coalescer filter to achieve functions,with reasonable structure and function design,simple process,and convenient operation.The scrubber separatour is suitable for application in the occasions with high gas-liquid ratio,offshore platform or high pressure,and in the debottlenecking transformation of existing polyester gas separator.
