摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预对视网膜脱离手术患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的视网膜脱离手术患者76例,根据护理方式不同分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38),对照组采用一般常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用综合性护理,记录患者术后疼痛情况及术后2个月的生活质量。结果观察组术后疼痛(中+重)13人,疼痛率为34.21%,对照组术后疼痛(中+重)23人,疼痛率为60.52%,观察组患者疼痛率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分为(72.11±6.07)分,明显高于对照组[(61.43±5.77)分,P<0.05)]。结论综合性护理干预可明显降低患者术后疼痛情况,改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients with retinal detachment surgery.Methods 76 patients with retinal detachment surgery admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into an observation group(n=38)and a control group(n=38)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given general routine nursing,and the observation group was supplemented with comprehensive nursing.The patient's postoperative pain and quality of life after 2 months were recorded.Results There were 13 patients with postoperative pain(medium+heavy)in the observation group,and the pain rate was 34.21%.There were 13 patients with postoperative pain(medium+heavy)in the control group,and the pain rate was 60.52%.The pain rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the quality of life score of the observation group was(72.11±6.07),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.43±5.77)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the patient's postoperative pain and improve the patient's quality of life,worthy of promotion and application.
