鸭疫里氏杆菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为调查鸭疫里氏杆菌对常用抗菌药物的敏感性,试验从广东和山东地区病鸭体内分离到10株病原菌,通过细菌形态观察、革兰氏染色、瑞氏染色和PCR对菌株进行种属鉴定,并采用Kirby-Bauer纸片法测定鸭疫里氏杆菌对15种常见抗菌药物的耐药性。结果表明,分离到10株菌均为鸭疫里氏杆菌;10株菌均对β-内酰胺类(阿莫西林、青霉素、氨苄西林)、氨基糖苷类(庆大霉素、链霉素、大观霉素、卡那霉素)和林可霉素类药物(林可霉素)的耐药率在50%以上,对大环内酯类(红霉素)耐药率较低,为10%;但分离菌株都对喹诺酮类(左旋氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星)、四环素类药物(四环素)、氯霉素类(氟苯尼考)和头孢噻呋钠高敏。通过对鸭疫里氏杆菌的耐药性检测,其结果对当地鸭疫里氏杆菌病的临床用药具有一定的指导意义。 To investigate the susceptibility of Riemerella anatipestifer to commonly used antibacterial drugs,10 strains of pathogens were isolated from diseased ducks in Guangdong and Shandong,and the strains had been identified by morphological observation,Gram staining,Swiss staining and PCR.The resistance of Riemerella anatipestifer to 15 common antibacterial drugs were determined by Kirby-Bauer disc method.The results showed that the 10 strains isolated were all Riemerella anatipestifer,all 10 strains were resistant toβ-lactams(amoxicillin,penicillin,ampicillin),aminoglycosides(gentamicin,streptomycin,spectinomycin,kanamycin)and lincomycin drugs(lincomycin),and the resistance rate was more than 50%,the resistance rate of macrolides(erythromycin)was low,which was 10%.But the isolated strains were all highly sensitive to quinolone(levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin),tetracyclines(tetracycline),chloramphenicol(florfenicol)and ceftiofur sodium.The detection results of drugs resistance of Riemerella anatipestifer had a certain guiding significance for clinical medication.
