摘要
以红白锦鲤为试验对象,在基础饲料中分别添加0、4、8、16、32、64 g/kg的杜氏盐藻(分别记为Diet 1、Diet 2、Diet 3、Diet 4、Diet 5和Diet 6),养殖周期为8周。养殖试验结束后测定其生长指标(增质量率、特定生长率、饵料系数),体表L^(*),a^(*),b^(*)值及抗氧化指标(T-SOD、CAT、MDA)。结果表明:红白锦鲤饲料中杜氏盐藻的适宜添加量为32~64 g/kg。
The Cyprinus carpio were used as the experimental objects.0,4,8,16,32 and 64 g/kg Dunaliella salina were added to the basic diet respectively,and the culture period was 8 weeks.The growth index,L^(*),a^(*),b^(*)value and antioxidant index were measured.The results showed that the suitable adding amount of Dunaliella salina was 32~64 g/kg.
