摘要
目的探讨慢性肾炎患者实施阿魏酸钠与尿激酶联合治疗的效果。方法随机选取2018年10月—2019年10月在该院接受慢性肾炎治疗的80例患者,按照抽签法均分样本为联合药物组和常规治疗组,常规治疗组选择常规药物治疗,联合药物组选择在常规治疗组基础上予以阿魏酸钠与尿激酶联合治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床指标、血脂情况以及治疗效果。结果治疗前,联合药物组临床指标、血脂情况等各项指标与治疗组数据相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合药物组临床指标、血脂情况等各项指标均好于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合药物组治疗总有效率(97.50%)显著优于常规治疗组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.538,P=0.003)。结论阿魏酸钠联合尿激酶治疗慢性肾炎的效果较为理想,可以有效改善患者的血脂情况,促进临床指标的恢复,对提高临床疗效也有一定的帮助,相比常规药物治疗,阿魏酸钠与尿激酶联合治疗更具有推广价值。
Objective To discuss the effect of sodium ferulate and urokinase combined therapy in patients with chronic nephritis.Methods Random select 80 patients who were treated for chronic nephritis in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.According to the lottery method,the samples were divided equally into the combined drug group and the conventional treatment group.The conventional treatment group chose conventional drug treatment and combined drug group chose to be treated with sodium ferulate and urokinase on the basis of the conventional treatment group,and compared the clinical indicators,blood lipids and therapeutic effects of the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the clinical indicators and blood lipids of the combined drug group were similar to the data of the treatment group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the clinical indicators and blood lipids of the combined drug group were all better than the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate(97.50%)of the combined drug group was significantly better than that of the conventional treatment group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.538,P=0.003).Conclusion The effect of sodium ferulate combined with urokinase in the treatment of chronic nephritis is ideal.It can effectively improve the patient’s blood lipids and promote the recovery of clinical indicators.It also helps to improve the clinical efficacy.Compared with conventional drug treatment,sodium ferulate urokinase combination therapy is more effective than conventional medications,which has more promotion value.
