摘要
栓剂作为一种传统的半固体制剂,能够在局部腔道或全身发挥作用。近年来随着制剂技术的不断发展,研究人员研制了多种新型栓剂,中空栓通过将药物填充于中空部分因而具有快速释药的特点;双层栓可以实现同时荷载两种药物,通过不同层的不同基质实现药物的控释;此外还有微囊型、骨架型、凝胶型、渗透泵型等多种缓控释栓剂。这些新型栓剂均显示出了在个性化给药方面的良好应用前景。本文对近年来新型栓剂的制备方法及其制剂特点进行了综述。
As a traditional semi-solid preparation,suppository can work in local cavity or whole body.In recent years,with the continuous development of preparation technology,researchers have developed a variety of new suppositories.Among them,hollow suppositories have the characteristics of rapid drug release by filling the hollow part of the drug;Double-layer suppositories can be loaded with two drugs at the same time.The controlled release of drugs can be achieved through different layers of different matrices;In addition,there are a variety of sustained and controlled release suppositories such as microcapsule type,matrix type,gel type,osmotic pump type and so on.These new suppositories have shown good application prospects in personalized drug delivery.This article reviewed the preparation methods and characteristics of the above new suppositories.
