Research on 1-Wire Bus Technology of Rotary Steerable System

摘要 单总线技术传输波形的有效性和可行性一直是研发人员研究的焦点。为此,对单总线技术进行分析,根据其通信协议设计了单总线电路信号控制框图,对单总线传输的模拟信号设计了2套方案:①方波转换为尖顶波,此时总线上传输的模拟信号就是尖顶波,再由尖顶波还原回方波;②方波转换为正弦波,此时总线上传输的模拟信号就是正弦波,再由正弦波还原回方波。针对这2种设计方案分别设计相应的滤波器,通过Saber仿真与试验验证2种技术方案,发现尖顶波作为总线传输波形不易于实现,而正弦波作为总线传输波形易于实现,且可靠性高、稳定性与鲁棒性强。该单总线技术不仅可满足旋转导向钻铤之间的数据传输要求,大幅简化所需钻铤的机械结构,而且还可满足旋转导向非接触传输要求单根信号线传输数据这一特殊环境要求,可为推靠式旋转导向钻井系统高效数据传输技术研发提供参考。 The effectiveness and feasibility of 1-wire bus technology to transmit waveforms has always been the focus of researches.The 1-wire bus technology is analyzed,and the 1-wire bus circuit signal control block diagram is designed according to its communication protocol.Two sets of schemes are designed for the analog signal transmitted by the 1-wire bus:the square wave is converted to the peaked wave,and the analog transmitted on the bus is now the peaked wave,and then the peaked wave is restored to square wave.Scheme 2:the square wave is converted to a sine wave,at this time the analog signal transmitted on the bus is a sine wave,and then the sine wave is restored to the square wave.Corresponding filters are designed for these two design schemes,and the two technical schemes are verified through Saber simulation and experiment.It is found that the peaked wave is not easy to implement as a bus transmission waveform,while the sine wave is easy to implement as a bus transmission waveform and has high reliability,strong stability and robustness.This 1-wire bus technology can not only meet the data transmission requirements between rotary steerable drilling drill collars,greatly simplify the mechanical structure of the drill collars,but also meet the special environmental requirements of a single signal line to transmit data of rotary steerable drilling non-contact transmission.It can provide a reference for the research and development of high-efficiency data transmission technology for push-the-bit rotary steerable drilling system.
