摘要
某钢铁企业以人为本,引入第三方参与信访问题化解,建立了“多方联动”和“六位一体”的信访工作模式。注重发挥企业工会作用、社区/办事处属地管理作用、公安机关的维稳作用、律师团队的专业指导作用,探索构建起网格化信访工作模式,为实现多元化解信访矛盾提供了新思路、新方法、新举措。
People-oriented steel company should introduce a third party to participate in resolving complaint letters and visits problems,to establish a"Multi-Party Linkage"and"Six in One"complaint letters and visits work pattern.On this issue,we should pay attention to making full use of the role of company union,the role of community or subdistrict office territorial management,the role of public security organs in maintaining stability,the professional guidance role of the lawyer team,and the exploration of building a grid standardized complaint letters and visits work pattern.These key points will provide new ideas,new methods and new measures for realizing diversified resolution of complaint letters and visits problems.
