摘要
INVELOX聚风装置的万向漏斗虽然可以收集来自四面八方的风能,但其背风面存在严重的漏风现象,使得该装置的性能大打折扣。文章基于数值模拟方法对INVELOX聚风装置开展了研究,分析了INVELOX装置的流场特性,并针对进气口存在的不足提出了改进措施。研究结果表明:INVELOX聚风装置由于内外联通,漏风率高达约73%;在进气口侧面及背面增加聚风罩可以减轻漏风现象,并能够将文丘里管内的平均速度比从1.56提升至2.8,输出功率增加4.8倍。改进后的模型可以大幅度减少风能损失,进而提升聚风装置的输出功率,使得该装置具有较好的应用价值。
Although the universal funnel of the INVELOX wind gathering device can collect wind energy from all directions,serious air leakage phenomenon exists in the leeward side of the device,which greatly reduces the performance of the device.In this paper,the INVELOX gathering device is studied based on the numerical simulation method,the flow field characteristics of INVELOX device are analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward for the deficiency of the air inlet.The results show that the air leakage rate of the INVELOX air gathering device is about 73%due to internal and external connection.The addition of a hood on the side and back of the intake prevents air leakage and increases the average velocity ratio in the Venturi tube from 1.56 to 2.8,increasing the output power by 4.8 times.The improved model can greatly reduce the loss of wind energy,and then improve the output power of the wind gathering device,which makes the device have better application value.
