贵州省县域交通可达性与多维贫困的空间耦合关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 交通运输是国民经济发展的基础,探索交通运输和区域贫困之间的关系有利于乡村振兴发展。以贵州省县域为研究单元,采用栅格加权时间成本法测算各县域的交通可达性,构建县域多维贫困指标评价体系,分析县域交通可达性和多维贫困间的空间耦合关系。结果表明:1)贵州省各县域的交通可达性较好,但县内交通可达性差异较大,空间分布上呈近邻—边界效应;2)贵州省各县域的多维贫困程度相对较高,高水平贫困和较高水平贫困的县域数量占比较大,空间上呈中心—外围型环状分布,多维贫困程度自中部向四周递增;3)县域交通可达性与多维贫困间的耦合性较强,高度耦合和极度耦合的县域占比高达72%,贵州省中部县域的耦合性水平较高,黔东和黔西县域的耦合性水平相对较低;4)交通可达性与多维贫困耦合类型中,协调发展型县域分布于省会城市,多维滞后型集中分布在贵州省边缘。交通可达性和多维贫困程度的空间耦合关系研究能为脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴和交通基础建设提供一定的参考。 Transportation is the foundation of national economic development,and exploring the relationship between transportation and regional poverty is conducive to rural revitalization and development.In this paper,the counties in Guizhou are taken as the research object,the grid weighted time-cost method is used to measure the traffic accessibility of the study area,the multidimensional poverty index system is constructed,and the spatial coupling relationship between traffic accessibility and multidimensional poverty is analyzed.The results show that:1)the traffic accessibility between the counties is good,but the difference of accessibility within the counties is large,and the spatial distribution presents a neighborhood-boundary effect;2)the number of high-level poverty counties in Guizhou is large,the multidimensional poverty level is high,and the spatial distribution is a center-periphery circular distribution;3)the coupling of traffic accessibility and multidimensional poverty is strong,with the highly-coupled and extremely-highly-coupled counties accounting for 72%of all the counties;the coupling level of the central counties is high,while the coupling level of the counties in east and west Guizhou is low;4)the coordinated development type is distributed in the provincial capital cities,and the multidimensional lagging type is concentrated in the peripheral counties of Guizhou.The spatial coupling relationship between traffic accessibility and multidimensional poverty can provide reference for poverty alleviation,rural revitalization and transportation infrastructure construction.
