摘要
近年来随着我国留学生规模不断扩大,临床医学专业全英班留学生(MBBS)的临床带教已成为医学教育的一个重要组成部分。中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院妇产科具有优良的教学传统,见习带教前带教教师集体备课和脱产备课是妇产科教研室的教学特色。MBBS 留学生妇产科见习的教学形式丰富多样,包括临床小课、教具模型演练、参观手术、教学查房、病历书写和病例讨论等。MBBS 留学生的教学具有其独特之处,教学现状存在许多挑战。本文站在青年教师和妇产科临床医生的角度,结合自身的带教经历,从带教前准备和带教形式等两个方面分享带教过程的一些心得体会,以期为提高MBBS留学生的临床见习质量提供有价值的参考。
In recent years with the educational scale of international students expanding in China,the clinical teaching for Bachelor of Medicine&Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)has been an important part of medical education.Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University has a glorious tradition in teaching,and the arrangement of clinical teachers for collective and full-time lesson preparation is the characteristic of teaching.The colorful teaching forms of clinical noviciate for MBBS students include clinical course,training aid,surgery scene visit,teaching wardround,medical record writing and case discussion.The education of MBBS students shows a unique feature,and the present teaching situation exist a lot of challenges.In order to provide the valuable reference for the improvement of clinical teaching for MBBS students,the article summarizes the experiences of clinical teaching in terms of teaching preparation and teaching form from the view of young teacher and the clinician based on our own teaching practice.
