摘要
为进一步完善DRG试点工作的实施推进,文章通过分析样本院在DRG收付费模式下医院精益管理的实践探索,提出相应改进措施,以期为开展DRG试点工作的医院提供借鉴,形成可复制、可推广的DRG收付费改革路径和模式。
In order to further improve the implementation of DRG pilot work, it analyzes the practice and exploration of hospital lean management under the background of DRG collection and payment, puts forward corresponding improvement measures, hoping to provide references for hospitals preparing to carry out DRG pilot work, so as to form replicable and promotable DRG collection and payment reform path and mode.
