摘要
目的分析老年糖尿病患者应用协同护理的效果。方法采用随机法对80例2018年1月—2020年1月期间在该院老年病科住院治疗的老年糖尿病患者进行分组,将其分为研究组与对照组,每组40例,实施协同护理干预患者为研究组,实施常规护理干预患者为对照组,将研究组患者干预前后血糖水平、心理状态、依从性、自我护理能力与对照组患者相比较。结果干预后研究组患者空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者饮食疗法、心理疗法、运动疗法、药物疗法依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、自我护理概念评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者实施协同护理干预对改善其血糖水平、心理状态,提高其依从性效果较显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of cooperative nursing in elderly diabetic patients.Methods A randomized method was used to group 80 elderly diabetic patients who were hospitalized in the department of geriatrics in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into a study group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group,and coordinated nursing intervention was adopted in the study group,and the routine nursing intervention patients were in the control group.The blood glucose levels,psychological status,compliance,and self-care ability of the study group were compared with those in the control group before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose level,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level,and glycosylated hemoglobin of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than the control group after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patients in the study group had higher compliance with diet therapy,psychotherapy,exercise therapy,and drug therapy than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patients in the study group’s self-care skills,sense of responsibility and self-care concept was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of collaborative nursing intervention in elderly diabetic patients has a significant effect on improving their blood glucose level,psychological state,and improving their compliance.
