摘要
与蓄电池串联一个精密取样电阻,对蓄电池注入微弱正弦波信号,用电容隔离测量回路中的直流电流,通过测量精密电阻和蓄电池两端的峰值电压计算蓄电池内阻。结合蓄电池机械的实际工况,以D-330B铅酸蓄电池组为对象,对实验数据进行详细分析,验证了该优化方案的可靠性。
To accurately measure the lead-acid battery internal resistance,combined with the battery internal resistance model,according to analyze the features of existing internal resistance measurement,the paper optimized an widely used AC method based on Ohm’s law.According to connect a precision sampling resistance to the battery,we inject a weak sine wave signal into the battery,and use capacitance to isolate the direct current in the measuring circuit.We can calculate the internal resistance by measuring the peak voltage of the precision sampling resistance and the battery.Referring to the actual working condition of battery machinery,taking the D-330B lead-acid battery pack as test object,and analyzing the data of the experiment,it could be proved that this optimization is with good reliability.
