摘要
针对结晶器振动控制器数据传输量大、工作可靠性要求高等特点,设计了1种基于CAN总线和STM32F407单片机的结晶器振动控制器.控制器主要实现振动波形产生、位移数据采集、控制信号输出和监控上位机通信等功能.实验表明:该结晶器振动控制器工作可靠、性能稳定、数据传输速率高、成本低廉,具有较高的实用价值.
Aiming at the characteristics of large data transmission volume and high reliability requirements of the mold vibration controller,a noval mold vibration controller based on CAN bus and STM32f407 MCU single-chip microcomputer was designed.The controller mainly realized the functions of vibration waveform generation,displacement data acquisition,control signal output and monitoring host computer communication.Hardware design includes displacement data acquisition,analog signal input,analog control signal output and CAN communication module;while software design mainly includes vibration waveform generation program,displacement acquisition and control program,and CAN communication program,etc.The experimental results show that the mold vibration controller is reliable,stable,high data transmission rate and low cost,possessing high practical value.
