碳纳米管/氮化硼/聚偏氟乙烯三相复合材料的制备及其介电性能 被引量:7

Preparation and dielectric properties of carbon nanotube/boron nitride/polyvinylidene fluoride three-phase composites

摘要 以聚偏氟乙烯(polyvinylidene fluoride,PVDF)为基体,氮化硼(boron nitride,BN)和羟基化多壁碳纳米管(multi-walled carbon nanotubes,MWCNT)为填料,采用溶液共混法制备MWCNT/BN/PVDF三相复合材料,分别采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和宽频介电与阻抗谱仪对该三相复合材料的微观形貌、结构、导电及介电性能进行测试和表征,并与MWCNT/PVDF复合材料进行对比。结果表明:MWCNT与BN在PVDF基体中分散均匀;单独添加MWCNT时,PVDF的晶型无明显变化,但BN的加入会促进PVDF的α晶型生成;BN质量分数为4%、MWCNT质量分数为1.00%时获得的MWCNT/BN/PVDF三相复合材料,其在10^(2) Hz时的电导率比MWCNT质量分数为1.00%时的MWCNT/PVDF复合材料小2个数量级;在BN质量分数为4%的情况下,当MWCNT质量分数分别为1.00%和0.75%时,MWCNT/BN/PVDF三相复合材料在10^(2) Hz时的介电常数可达229.72和49.26,介电损耗分别为5.920和0.086,远远小于相同MWCNT质量分数的MWCNT/PVDF复合材料的介电损耗64.98和2.28。所制备的高介电常数、低介电损耗的聚合物基三相复合材料在微电子行业将具有重要的应用前景。 MWCNT/BN/PVDF three-phase composites were prepared by solution blending with polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)as the matrix,boron nitride(BN)and hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT)as fillers.Scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and broadband dielectric and impedance spectrometer were used to characterize the morphology,structure,conductivity and dielectric properties of the composites.The results show that MWCNT and BN are uniformly dispersed in PVDF matrix.The addition of MWCNT has little effect on the crystal form of PVDF while BN can promote the formation ofαcrystal form.The conductivity at 10^(2) Hz of MWCNT/BN/PVDF composites with 4%BN and 1.00%MWCNT is two orders of magnitude smaller than that of MWCNT/PVDF composites with 1.00%of MWCNT.When MWCNT mass fraction is 1.00%and 0.75%,the dielectric constant at 10^(2) Hz of MWCNT/BN/PVDF composites can reach 229.72 and 49.26,and the dielectric loss is only 5.920 and 0.086 which is much smaller than 64.98 and 2.28 of MWCNT/PVDF composites with the same content of MWCNT.The prepared polymer-based three-phase composites with high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss have important application prospects in the microelectronics industry.
