应用型高校美育资源共享平台的构建与实践 被引量:4

摘要 作为"五育"之一的美育,在高质量人才培养过程中的作用不可或缺。苏区中小学美育教育面临优质资源匮乏、师资队伍不足、特色项目缺失等问题。为了破解以上问题,三明学院牵头成立"苏区美育发展学院",通过校政、校企、校校的产教融合的"3351"模式,即三条路径、三个项目、五项成果、一个品牌,实现"资源共享"和"学生共育",构建校内外美育协同发展新模式,打造苏区美育应用型师资团队,推进美育项目驱动创新班建设,加强苏区大中小学校美育研究,拓展美育项目国际交流与合作,推进苏区美育高质量发展,形成苏区美育校地共生新格局。 As one of the"five educations",aesthetic education plays an indispensable role in the process of cultivating high-quality talents.Aesthetic education in elementary and middle schools in the Soviet area is facing problems such as lack of high-quality resources,insufficient teaching staff,and lack of characteristic projects.In order to solve the above problems,Sanming University took the lead in establishing the"Soviet Aesthetic Education Development College",and adopted the"3351"mode of integration of school administration,school-enterprise,and school-school integration,namely three paths,three projects,five achievements,and one brand,so as to realize"resource sharing"and"student co-education",build a new model of coordinated development of aesthetic education inside and outside the school,build a team of applied teachers of aesthetic education in the Soviet area,promote the construction of aesthetic education project-driven innovation classes,strengthen the study of aesthetic education in schools in the Soviet area,and expand international exchanges of aesthetic education,cooperate with us to promote the high-quality development of aesthetic education in the Soviet area,and form a new pattern of symbiosis between schools and schools in the Soviet area.
