Study on the Construction of Road Microcirculation System in Central Area of Beijing

摘要 为提升城市通透性和微循环能力,增加城市道路网有效供给,解决组团或片区的交通问题,迫切需要对道路微循环系统建设进行研究,制定解决对策.从微循环系统的定义及功能出发,分析了目前道路微循环建设存在的问题及制约因素,并对每一个因素进行分析和评述.从4个方面提出了道路微循环系统建设针对性的改善策略,指出城市中心区道路微循环系统建设的关键是要从规划、设计、管理等方面采取高效可行的综合措施,建立和谐的人车关系.最后,以北京市西城区微循环道路为例,应用交通仿真方法,论证了道路改造方案的可行性和合理性.结果表明:改善后区域路网时间可达性指标由10 min22 s缩短为7 min41 s,提升了该区域道路微循环能力. In order to improve urban permeability and microcirculation,and increase the effective supply of urban road networks,solve the traffic problem of group or zone,it was urgent to study the construction of road microcirculatory system and formulate countermeasures.Based on the definition and function of the microcirculatory system,the existing problems and restrictive factors of road microcirculation construction were analyzed,and every factor was analyzed and reviewed.The improvement strategy of road microcirculatory system construction was put forward from four aspects.It is pointed out that the key to the construction of road microcirculatory system in the urban center is to take efficient and feasible comprehensive measures from the aspects of planning,design and management,so as to establish a harmonious relationship between people and cars.Finally,taking the road microcirculation in Xicheng district as an example,the feasibility and rationality of the transformation scheme were demonstrated by the method of traffic simulation.The results show that,the time of road network reachability is reduced from 10 minutes 22 seconds to 7 minutes 41 seconds,which improves the road microcirculation ability.
