摘要
目的探究微信平台开展健康宣教对乳腺癌患者心理弹性及应对方式的影响。方法选取2015年11月—2017年11月德阳市人民医院收治的74例女性乳腺癌患者,随机分为观察组(n=37),对照组采用常规健康宣教,观察组利用微信平台开展健康宣教干预,比较2组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)评分及癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分。结果干预后观察组坚韧、力量、乐观及CD-RISC总评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组面对评分显著高于对照组,回避、屈服评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组整体生活质量、功能领域、症状领域及单一症状因子评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者出院后给予微信平台健康宣教干预,可显著提高心理弹性,改善临床症状及生活质量,使患者以积极正面的心态面对疾病。
Objective To explore the effects of health education on WeChat platform on the mental resilience and coping style of breast cancer patients.Methods 74 cases of women with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=37)and the control group(n=37).The two groups were given the health education intervention after postoperative pathological diagnosis,and the control group was given routine health education intervention,and the observation group was given the health education intervention on WeChat platform.The Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC score),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ score)and quality of life scale of cancer patient(QLQ-C30 score)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of toughness,strength,optimism and CD-RISC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After intervention,the facing score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the avoidance and yielding scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of overall quality of life,functional areas,symptom areas and single symptom factor in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions WeChat platform health education intervention for breast cancer patients after discharge can significantly improve the patient's mental resilience,and enhance the clinical symptoms and quality of life,so that patients face the disease positively.
