摘要
目的:探讨在手供一体化器械管理中应用无缝隙管理的临床价值。方法:将2018年4月~2019年4月无缝隙管理实施前300份手供一体化器械纳入对照组,并将2019年5月~2020年5月无缝隙管理实施后300份手供一体化器械纳入研究组,对照分析两组器械管理情况。结果:从器械使用状况分析,研究组器械完备率、器械清洗质量合格率比对照组高,器械准备差错率比对照组低,P<0.05;从手术室器械问题分析,研究组器械清点失误率、器械遗失率、器械运输超时率、器械损毁率比对照组低,P<0.05;从器械管理情况分析,研究组器械使用后未及时回收率、器械去向不明率比对照组低,P<0.05。结论:在手供一体化器械管理中,无缝隙管理的应用效果确切,可以使器械使用及管理质量得到保障,避免出现差错和问题,临床价值显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of seamless management in integrated device management for hand supply.Methods:The first 300 pieces of hand-supplied integrated devices from April 2018 to April 2019 were included in the control group,and the 300 pieces of hand-supplied integrated devices from May 2019 to May 2020 were included in the study group,and the device management situation of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results:From the analysis of the use of instruments,the instrument completeness rate and the qualified rate of cleaning quality of instruments in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the error rate of instrument preparation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).From the analysis of equipment problems in the operating room,the instrument counting error rate,instrument loss rate,instrument transportation timeout rate and instrument damage rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).From the analysis of device management,the recovery rate and the unknown whereabouts rate of the devices in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the integrated device management of hand supply,the application effect of seamless management is exact,which can ensure the quality of device use and management,avoid errors and problems,and have significant clinical value.
