摘要
目的观察清热解毒类中药治疗蜂蜇伤导致局部疼痛和肿胀的临床疗效。方法将44例蜂蜇伤患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各22例。对照组采用常规治疗的方法,观察组在对照组基础上加用季德胜蛇药片口服和中药蛇伤膏外敷。结果观察组患者的临床疗效优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组在改善视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、肿胀消失时间方面优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肌酸激酶(CK)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论清热解毒类中药内服外敷能缓解蜂蜇伤后导致的局部肿胀、疼痛,降低炎症指标和促进患者早日康复。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of oral administration and external application of heatclearing and detoxifying herbs in the treatment of local pain and swelling by bee sting.Methods:A total of 44 patients with bee stings were divided into the observation group and control group,22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was given oral administration of Jidesheng Sheyao Tablets and external application of Snakebite Paste on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement of pain and swelling symptoms,and changes in the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),creatine kinase(CK)and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)were observed.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The improvement of VAS score and swelling disappearance time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,CK and CK-MB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration and external application of heat-clearing and detoxifying herbs in the treatment of bee sting has better clinical efficacy on improvement local swelling and pain.It could reduce inflammation and help patient recovery more quickly.
