摘要
目的探讨心血管内科护理工作中采用优质护理模式的临床价值。方法选择2018年12月至2020年10月湖北省随州市曾都医院心血管内科收治的90例患者为研究对象,采用双盲法分组标准分成常规组和试验组,每组各45例。常规组予常规护理,试验组予优质护理模式。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果护理后试验组SAS(47.15±2.08)分、SDS(48.09±2.71)分低于常规组(50.16±2.93)分、(51.34±2.88)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组SF-36评分(76.95±5.74)分低于试验组(83.95±5.80)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式运用在心血管内科护理中能减轻患者负面情绪,提高生活质量,适合临床运用推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of adopting high-quality nursing model in nursing work of cardiovascular internal medicine department.Methods A total of 90 patients admitted to the cardiovascular internal medicine department of Suizhou Zengdu Hospital from December 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the conventional group(n=45)and the experimental group(n=45)by double-blind method.The conventional group was treated with conventional nursing,while the experimental group was treated with high-quality nursing model.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and quality of life scale(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS(47.15±2.08)points and SDS(48.09±2.71)points in the experimental group were lower than(50.16±2.93)points and(51.34±2.88)points in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the conventional group was(76.95±5.74)points,lower than(83.95±5.80)points in the experimental group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing model in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing can alleviate patients'negative emotions and improve their quality of life,which is suitable for clinical application and promotion.
