摘要
目的研究皮肤病患者行二氧化碳点阵激光美容治疗效果,分析对症治疗对提升患者美观性的作用。方法数据采集长江大学附属潜江市中心医院2019年1—12月收治60例皮肤病患者,按随机数字表法分为参照组(常规用药,n=30)、观察组(二氧化碳点阵激光美容,n=30),两组持续治疗2周,比较两组皮损计数、疼痛程度、创面肉芽状态、治疗效果及美观满意度。结果治疗前两组皮损计数、创面肉芽状态及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组皮损计数少于参照组,观察组创面肉芽状态评分高于参照组,观察组VAS评分低于参照组;观察组有效率、满意率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论二氧化碳点阵激光美容治疗此病能提高疗效、美观性,值得推广。
Objective To research the efficacy of carbon dioxide lattice laser cosmetology treatment for patients with dermatosis,and analyze the effect of symptomatic treatment on improving patients'aesthetics.Methods A total of 60 patients with dermatosis admitted to Qianjiang Central Hospital Affiliated to Yangtze University from January to December 2019 were collected as the data.They were divided into the control group(conventional medication,n=30)and the observation group(carbon dioxide lattice laser cosmetology,n=30)according to random number table method.The two groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks,and the skin lesions counting,pain degree,wound granulation status,therapeutic efficacy and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in skin lesion counting,wound granulation status and visual analog scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion counting of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the wound granulation status score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The efficacy rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carbon dioxide lattice laser cosmetology can improve the therapeutic efficacy and aesthetics,which is worthy of recommendation and promotion.
