摘要
磁流变阻尼器是一种阻尼可调的半主动智能控制器件,其磁流变液黏度随外加磁场强度而发生变化,因此磁流变阻尼器表现出复杂的非线性动力学特性。经典Bingham力学模型无法精确描述磁流变阻尼器在不同输入电流工况下力与速度之间的非线性关系,对实现磁流变阻尼器的输出阻尼精准控制存在难度。通过台架试验研究磁流变阻尼器的动态力学性能,提出了一种改进的Bingham力学模型—Rational函数模型。根据试验结果,通过最小二乘法对Ra-tional函数模型进行参数辨识,进一步建立各参数与电流之间的映射关系,并在Matlab/Simulink环境中对磁流变阻尼器在不同输入电流下力与速度之间的非线性关系进行仿真分析。结果表明:Rational函数模型可改进多项式函数模型在电流低于0.5 A时高速段存在的不稳定性和在速度换向拐点处拟合效果不佳的缺陷,在全工况下模拟磁流变阻尼器非线性动态力学特性具有更高的精度和更好的适用性。
Magnetorheological damper(MR damper)is a kind of semi-active intelligent control device with controllable damping,and the viscosity of its magnetorheological fluid varies with the external magnetic field strength,thus the MR damper exhibits complex nonlinear dynamic characteristics.Traditional Bingham mechanics model cannot accurately describe the nonlinear mechanical property between force and velocity under different input current conditions,and this inaccuracy results in control problem for the desired output damping effects of MR damper.The dynamic mechanical properties of MR damper are studied by bench test,and an improved Bingham mechanics model,Rational function model,is proposed.Based on the experimental results,the Rational function model parameters are identified through the least square method,and the relationship between each parameter and the input current is further established.The model simulations for the nonlinear force-velocity relationship of the MR damper under different input currents are conducted in Matlab/Simulink environment.The results show that the Rational function model can improve the instability of polynomial function model at high-speed when the current is lower than 0.5 A and the poor fitting effect at the inflection point of speed reversal.It has higher accuracy and better applicability to simulate the nonlinear dynamic mechanical characteristics of MR damper under all working conditions.
