南疆盐渍土地区聚乙烯醇纤维混凝土损伤研究 被引量:2

Study on the deterioration of PVA fiber concrete in saline land area of southern Xinjiang

摘要 针对南疆地区既有混凝土建筑物长期遭受盐渍土侵蚀情况,根据当地土样有害离子含量配制了不同浓度复合盐侵蚀溶液,研究了同种聚乙烯醇纤维规格下四种不同体积掺量(0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%)的混凝土抗复合盐侵蚀性能,进行室内干湿循环试验和现场暴露试验。结果表明:掺入聚乙烯醇纤维能提高混凝土抗干湿循环能力,其中PVA体积掺量为0.2%时抗干湿循环性能最佳。 For the long-term salt soil erosion of existing concrete buildings in southern Xinjiang,different concentrations of compound salt erosion solution were made according to the harmful ion content of local soil samples,and four different volume doping(0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%)concrete anti-composite salt erosion performance was studied under the specification of the same polyethylene alcohol fiber,and indoor wet and dry cycle test and field exposure test were carried out.The results showed that the addition of polyethylene alcohol fiber could improve the anti-wet and dry cycle ability of concrete,and the anti-wet and dry cycle performance was the best when the volume of PVA was 0.2%.
