无托槽隐形矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ^(2)错(牙合)畸形11例 被引量:6

Treatment of class Ⅱ^(2) malocclusion with clear aligner:11 cases

摘要 目的探讨无托槽隐形矫治器矫治安氏Ⅱ2错(牙合)畸形的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月合肥市口腔医院安氏Ⅱ2错(牙合)畸形病人22例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各11例,观察组采用无托槽隐形矫治器矫治,对照组采用传统固定矫治器矫治,比较两组矫治前后头影测量各指标的变化。结果两组下颌平面与前颅底平面交角(SN-MP)矫治后与矫治前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组上中切牙切缘至鼻根点-上牙槽座点连线垂直距离(U1-NA)、下中切牙切缘至鼻根点-下牙槽座点连线垂直距离(L1-NB)、上下唇凸点至E线距离、U1-NA交角、L1-NB交角、上中切牙长轴到前颅底平面的交角(U1-SN)和下中切牙牙轴与下颌平面的交角(L1-MP)矫治后较矫治前均增加(P<0.05),上中切牙长轴和下中切牙长轴的交角(U1-L1)矫治后较矫治前减少(P<0.05)。矫治后观察组较对照组U1-L1交角增加[(125.60±2.41)°比(116.08±8.62)°,P<0.05],U1-SN交角[(100.96±4.57)°比(104.66±6.36)°]、U1-NA交角[(16.04±2.91)°比(20.59±4.19)°]、上唇凸点至E线距离(UL-EP)[(-0.01±0.67)mm比(2.03±0.84)mm]、下唇凸点至E线距离(LL-EP)[(1.20±0.42)mm比(2.85±0.46)mm]均减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用无托槽隐形矫治器矫治安氏Ⅱ2错(牙合)在前牙倾斜度、突距控制和面型的维持方面较传统固定矫治器更有优势。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of clear aligner in the treatment of classⅡ~2 malocclusion.Methods Twentytwo cases of Angle ClassⅡ~2 orthodontic patients in the Department of orthodontics of Hefei Stomatological Hospital from March 2017to March 2018 were selected and assigned into two groups with the random number table,11 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with clear aligner to push the molar distally,while the control group was treated with traditional fixed orthodontic treatment and Self-ligating brackets.The changes of cephalometric measurements in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,there were not statistically significant(P>0.05)in the changes of mandibular plane and anterior skull base plane(SN-MP).The vertical distance between the incisal edge of the upper central incisor and the nasal root point-upper alveolar seat point(U1-NA),the vertical distance between the incisor edge of the lower central incisor and the nasal root point-lower alveolar seat point(L1-NB),the distance from upper lip convex point to e line and lower lip convex point to e line,U1-NA angle,L1-NB angle,the intersection angle between the long axis of the upper central incisor and the anterior skull base plane(U1-SN),and the axis of the lower central incisor and the mandibular plane The angle of intersection(L1-MP)increased after treatment(P<0.05),the angle of intersection between the long axis of the upper central.
