摘要
以对苯二甲酸双(2-羟乙基)酯(BHET)为原料,通过悬浮法合成了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的环状低聚物(COET),对COET的结构和性能进行了表征;研究了COET的开环聚合及其在PET熔体中的开环聚合,探究了开环聚合工艺条件对其聚合产物的影响。结果表明:由核磁共振氢谱和碳谱表征悬浮法合成产物为COET,其主要以环状三聚体为主,呈六边形棱柱体的晶体形貌,COET的数均相对分子质量为410,重均相对分子质量为493,熔点为307℃,COET的热稳定性低于PET;COET在310℃进行开环聚合反应所得产物为PET,其[η]随着反应时间的增加而增加,当反应时间达55 min,产物[η]降低;COET在PET熔体中进行开环聚合的最低反应温度为270℃,COET和PET混合物中COET的含量越高,所得产物[η]越低。
A cyclic oligomer(COET)of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was synthesized by suspension method with bis(2-hydroxyethyl)terephthalate(BHET)as raw material.The structure and properties of COET were characterized.The ring-opening polymerization of COET and COET in PET melt was studied.The influence of the ring-opening polymerization conditions on the polymerization products was investigated.The results showed that the product synthesized by suspension method was COET characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen and carbon spectrometry,which was mainly composed of cyclic trimer with hexagonal prism crystalline morphology;the obtained COET possessed the number average relative molecular mass of 410,the weight average relative molecular mass of 493,and the melting point of 307℃and the thermal stability lower than that of PET;PET was the product of COET ring-opening polymerization at 310℃,and its[η]increased with the increase of reaction time,but decreased when the reaction time reached 55 min;and the lowest reaction temperature for ring-opening polymerization of COET in PET melt was 270℃,and the higher the content of COET in the mixture of COET and PET,the lower[η]of the product.
