摘要
国产MB80智能可编程控制器(iPLC)主要应用于大、中型常规水电厂的计算机监控系统,可编程控制器(PLC)是计算机监控系统下位机即现地控制单元的核心控制设备。现地控制单元主机架的典型布局有两种,分别是双CPU(中央处理器)在同一主机架的单主机架结构和双CPU分别布置在两个主机架上的双主机架结构。两种典型的主机架布局各有优势,其中,单主机架结构更紧凑,双主机架抗电源失电能力更强、CAN总线通信可靠性更高。
The domestic MB80 intelligent programmable controller(iPLC)is mainly used in the computer monitoring system of large and medium-sized conventional hydropower plants.PLC is the core control equipment of the local control unit of the computer monitoring system.There are two typical layouts of local control unit main frame,which are single main frame structure with double CPU in the same main frame and double main frame structure with double CPU arranged on two main frames respectively.The two kinds of typical main frame layout have their own advantages,among them,the single main frame structure is more compact,the double main frame has stronger anti power loss ability,and the CAN bus communication reliability is higher.
