摘要
探索英国用药错误管理的相关模式与制度,为我国的相关管理工作提供参考。研读中英两国用药错误管理的相关指南与政策文件,重点关注两国用药错误在发现、处理、上报、分析等环节的差异,以寻求完善我国用药错误管理的途径与方法。英国用药错误管理的相关政策已达成熟、细化,尤其在用药错误的报告及分析方面值得借鉴,以不断完善我国的相关制度与流程。
Objective:To explore the related modes and systems of medication error management in the UK,and to provide reference for relevant management work in China.Methods:We researched relevant guidelines and policy documents for medication error management in China and UK and focused on their differences in discovery,processing,reporting and analysis,in order to seek ways and methods to improve medication error management in China.Results and Conclusions:The policies related to the management of medication errors in the UK are mature and detailed,especially the reporting and analysis of medication errors are great enlightenment to China's related management work.
