摘要
简要分析了大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板强度/低温冲击韧性匹配性差的原因,在此基础上研究了系列热处理制度对钢板组织和性能的影响,进一步探究了最佳的热处理制度。结果表明,导致大厚度14Cr1MoR钢板强度/低温冲击韧性匹配性差的根本原因是轧制或淬火过程中形成的大块状非均匀性组织,以及晶界及基体处含铬/钼碳化物的不规则聚集长大。针对高性能要求钢板,通过一次高温淬火细化晶粒+二次较高温度梯度亚温淬火调配组织比例,切实提高了钢板交货态及长时模焊后的强韧性,满足了用户对更严格技术要求大厚度14Cr1MoR钢的需求。
The reason for the poor matching of strength and low-temperature impact toughness of 14 Cr1 MoR steel plate with large thickness was analyzed. The influence of a series of heat treatment systems on the structure and properties of steel plate was studied under laboratory conditions, and the best heat treatment system was further explored. The results showed that the main reason for the poor matching of strength and low-temperature impact toughness of 14 Cr1 MoR steel plate with large thickness was the large inhomogeneous structure formed during rolling or quenching, and the irregular accumulation and growth of chromium/molybdenum carbide in the grain boundary and matrix. Aiming at the requirements of high performance steel plate, the structure proportion was adjusted by one-time high-temperature quenching to refine the grain and secondary high-temperature gradient sub-temperature quenching, which can effectively improve the steel plate delivery state and the strength and toughness after long-time die welding, and meet the user’s demand for more strict technical requirements of 14 Cr1 MoR steel with large thickness.
