摘要
风电场的宏观选址是风电项目投资回报的基石,是前期建设与后期运营的根本保障,也是一个多因素综合影响的系统性问题。针对该问题,在综合各类要素信息的基础上构建了风电场宏观选址的模糊综合评价模型,并分析评判备选场址的优劣性,为风电场宏观选址提供科学合理的软技术支撑。
The macro site selection of wind farm is the cornerstone of wind power project investment return and the fundamental guarantee of early construction and later operation,and then is a systematic problem influenced by many factors.In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of wind farm macro location is constructed based on the comprehensive information of various elements of site selection,and the advantages and disadvantages of alternative sites are analyzed and evaluated,providing scientific and reasonable soft technical support for the macro site selection of wind farms.
