摘要
为研究南京市六合区八百河向新禹河分洪工程措施的防洪效果,结合两条河道的基础资料,建立一维水动力数学模型,计算流域在50年一遇水文条件下,人工疏挖河道及建设控制性建筑物等工程措施的分洪效果,重点分析不同工程措施条件下流域河道洪水水位及新禹河分洪流量的变化情况。结果表明,采用新禹河干流河道疏挖方案对降低八百河及新禹河洪水位效果最佳,且新禹河分洪流量满足相关规划要求,可作为推荐方案,对后期工程方案的实施具有重要的指导意义。
To research the flood prevention effect of flood diversion project,which debouches from the Babai River to the Xinyu River in Liuhe District of Nanjing,one-dimensional hydrodynamics model was established based on the data of two river channel.The flood diversion effects of artificial dredging measures and control structure were calculated under the fifty year return period hydrologic conditions.The water surface levels along these two rivers and the discharge that debouch from the Babai River to the Xinyu River were specifically analyzed.The results show that the dredge scheme in the main stream of the Xinyu River have better effect to reduce the water surface levels in the Babai River and the Xinyu River.Meanwhile,the discharge that debouch from the Babai River to the Xinyu River could achieve the purposes and requirements of this flood diversion planning.Generally,the dredge measure could be the recommended scheme,which has important meaning to the implement of the later period project plan.
