摘要
目的探讨双心护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年6月—2020年1月医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者,共118例,采用随机数字表法进行随机分组,各59例,对照组施以常规护理,试验组施以双心护理,对患者护理前及护理1周后的汉密尔顿焦虑(HAMA)评分与汉密尔顿抑郁(HAMD)评分、冠心病心绞痛的发作次数及持续时间、临床护理满意度情况进行观察。结果相比于护理前,护理1周后两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分明显降低,冠心病心绞痛的发作次数明显减少,持续时间明显缩短,治疗前后相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于对照组,冠心病心绞痛的发作次数少于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,并且试验组的临床护理满意度明显较高,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双心护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用具有较高的临床价值,不仅能够降低HAMA评分、HAMD评分,减少冠心病心绞痛的发作次数,缩短持续时间,同时能够临床护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of double heart nursing in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 118 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from June 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided by random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care and the test group received double care.Cardiac care,Hamilton anxiety(HAMA)score and Hamilton depression(HAMD)score,the number and duration of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,and clinical nursing satisfaction were observed before and after 1 weeks of care.Results Compared with before nursing,the HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups were significantly reduced after 1 weeks of care,the number of episodes of coronary heart disease angina pectoris was significantly reduced,the duration was significantly shortened,and the difference was significant before and after treatment(P<0.05);the experimental group The HAMA score and HAMD score were lower than those in the control group,the number of episodes of coronary heart disease angina pectoris was less than that of the control group,and the duration was shorter than that of the control group.The clinical nursing satisfaction of the test group was significantly higher,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of double-heart nursing in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris has high clinical value,which can not only reduce the HAMA score,HAMD score,reduce the number of episodes of coronary heart disease angina pectoris,shorten the duration,but also can satisfy clinical care.
