摘要
目的基于南方医院健康查体人群,探讨健康人群血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A_(2)(lipoprotein associated phos⁃pholipase A_(2),Lp-PLA_(2))浓度是否存在年龄和性别的差异,拟建立本检验室的血清Lp-PLA_(2)活性参考区间。建立健康人群Lp-PLA_(2)活性参考区间。方法使用速率法对2019年9月至12月共417例在南方医科大学南方医院健康体检人员的静脉血清进行Lp-PLA_(2)活性检测,其中男性204例(18-75岁),女性213例(18-72岁)。统计学对比分析性别、年龄的差异,并以P2.5、P97.5为双侧界限建立参考区间。结果男性组与女性组相比,Lp-PLA_(2)活性差异存在统计学意义(t=9.49,P<0.01),检验结果分别为(524.27±97.46)U/L与(437.99±91.32)U/L。经比较,男性的Lp-PLA_(2)活性稳定且年龄段间差异不存在统计学意义(F=1.48,P=0.22),合并建立参考区间。女性的Lp-PLA_(2)活性随年龄增加而上升明显,且年龄段间差异存在统计学意义(F=5.52,P<0.05)。进一步分析显示40-72岁女性LP-PLA_(2)活性显著高于18-40岁女性,两组间差异存在统计学意义(t=4.07,P<0.01)。可得本实验室Lp-PLA_(2)活性参考区间:18-75岁男性为316.03-687.70 U/L,18-40岁与40-72岁女性分别为230.64-574.39 U/L与269.18-637.87 U/L。结论比较了不同性别与不同年龄段人群之间的Lp-PLA_(2)活性差异后,建立了本检验室健康人群Lp-PLA_(2)活性参考区间,为预测、诊断和监测心脑血管疾病提供指标性参考。
Objectives Based on the health examination population in Nanfang Hospital,to investigate the age and sex differences of serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase A_(2)(Lp-PLA_(2))in healthy population,and to establish the reference range of serum Lp-PLA_(2) activity in this laboratory.Methods The Lp-PLA_(2) activity of venous serum was detected in 417 patients from September to December 2019 in Nanfang Hospital,including 204 men(18-75 years)and 213 women(18-72 years).And P2.5 and P97.5 was used as a bilateral boundary to establish the reference intervals after a statistical comparative analysis of gender and age differences.Results There was a significant difference in Lp-PLA_(2) activity between male group and female group(t=9.49,P<0.01)and the Lp-PLA_(2) activity were(524.27±97.46)U/L and(437.99±91.32)U/L.The Lp-PLA_(2) activity of men was stable and there was no statistically significant difference between age(F=1.48,P=0.22).The Lp-PLA_(2) activity of women increased significantly with age,and the difference between age groups was statistically significant(F=5.52,P<0.05).The LP-PLA_(2) activity of women aged 40-72 years was significantly higher than the women aged 18-40 years(t=4.07,P<0.01).As a result,the Lp-PLA_(2) activity reference intervals of this laboratory were obtained:316.03-687.70 U/L(for 18-75 years old men)and 230.64-574.39 U/L(for 18-39 years old women)and 269.18-637.87 U/L(for 40-72 years old women).Conclusions After comparing the difference of Lp-PLA_(2) activity between different sexes and different age groups,the Lp-PLA_(2) activity reference intervals were established to provide index reference for predicting,diagnosing and monitoring cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
