摘要
目的探讨预防老年患者下肢深静脉血栓形成应用知信行模式培训的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月该院干部病房护理人员15名,患者20例为对照组,另选取2019年2月—2020年2月该院干部病房护理人员15名,患者20例为试验组。对照组实施传统培训,试验组实施知信行模式培训,对比两组护理人员预防下肢静脉血栓的知信行得分及患者对护理人员满意度。结果试验组护理人员知识、态度及行为得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对试验组护理人员的满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在预防老年患者下肢深静脉血栓形成中应用知信行模式对护理人员进行培训,提高其对专业知识掌握情况,提升其综合素质,减少患者下肢静脉血栓的发生率,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of training on knowledge-belief-practice model in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs in elderly patients.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,15 nurses in the cadre ward of the hospital and 20 patients were selected as the control group,and 15 nurses in the cadre ward of the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 patients were selected as the experiment group.The control group was given traditional training,and the experiment group was given the knowledge-belief-action model training.The scores of the two groups of nurses in preventing venous thrombosis of the lower extremities and the patients'satisfaction with the nurses were compared.Results The knowledge,attitude and behavior scores of the nursing staff in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the patients'satisfaction with the nursing staff in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities in elderly patients,the knowledge-belief-action model is used to train nursing staff to improve their professional knowledge,improve their overall quality,reduce the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis,and improve patient satisfaction.
