摘要
目的探讨对慢性胃溃疡患者予以黄芪建中汤加西药治疗的价值。方法于2019年5月—2020年5月选取82例来该院就诊的慢性胃溃疡疾病患者,参考计算机表法分组,各41例。参照组行西药治疗,实验组行黄芪建中汤加西药治疗。对比两组慢性胃溃疡患者的治疗效果、复发率、不良反应发生率、中医证候积分以及生活质量评分。结果实验组患者的治疗效果为97.56%(40/41),参照组患者的治疗效果为78.05%(32/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.289,P<0.05);实验组患者的不良反应发生率为4.88%(2/41)与参照组患者的不良反应发生率为12.20%(5/41)相比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.625,P﹥0.05);实验组患者的复发率为7.32%(3/41)明显低于参照组患者的26.83%(11/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.513,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的中医证候积分以及生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.441、0.159,P﹥0.05),治疗后实验组患者的中医证候积分和生活质量评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.064、4.293,P<0.05)。结论对慢性胃溃疡患者予以黄芪建中汤加西药治疗,使临床症状得到明显改善,提升生活质量,降低复发率和不良反应发生率,具有较高的安全性。
Objective To explore the value of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction plus western medicine for patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods The researchers included in this group of studies were selected from May 2019 to May 2020,and 82 patients with chronic gastric ulcer disease who came to the hospital for treatment were selected and divided into two groups with reference to the computer table method,41 cases in each case.The reference group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction plus western medicine.The treatment effect,recurrence rate,adverse reaction rate,TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of the two groups of chronic gastric ulcer patients were compared.Results The treatment effect of patients the experimental group was 97.56%(40/41),and the treatment effect of patients of the reference group was 78.05%(32/41),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.289,P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.88%(2/41),compared with 12.20%(5/41)of patients in the reference group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.625,P>0.05);the recurrence rate of patients in the experimental group was 7.32%(3/41)lower than the recurrence rate of patients in the reference group was 26.83%(11/41),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.513,P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes and quality of life of the two groups of patients before treatment was not statistically significant difference(t=0.441,0.159,P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and quality of life of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=4.064,4.293,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic gastric ulcer patients with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions,and has high safety.
